GLUE MELT MACHINE

The Glue Melting Machine is specially designed to melt polymer nano glue under controlled temperature conditions to ensure optimal bonding performance. The machine operates by setting the melting temperature to 300°C, allowing the glue to melt uniformly without affecting its chemical properties.

After the melting process, the machine enables gradual temperature reduction from 200°C to 100°C, maintaining glue stability and preventing overheating or degradation. This controlled heating and cooling process ensures consistent glue quality and strong adhesion during application.
