TYRE GLUE SPRAYING MACHINE

The Glue Spraying Machine is used to spray melted glue inside the tyre in a controlled and uniform manner. The machine is connected to the Glue Melting Machine through a transfer tube, allowing the melted glue to flow directly into the spraying system without heat loss.

During operation, the spraying time is calculated based on tyre size and required spraying seconds to ensure proper glue coverage. The rotating shaft keeps the tyre in motion while spraying, enabling even glue distribution, especially in the tread area, which is critical for strong bonding.

After the spraying process is completed, the tyre must be allowed to cool down for approximately 8 minutes, which is a necessary step to stabilize the glue and ensure effective adhesion.
